Bash, Toobin on Bush Press Conference, Geneva Conventions

Both Dana Bash and Jeffrey Toobin on CNN did a pretty good job of explaining issues with Bush’s desire to change the Geneva Conventions. Calling Article 3 of the Third Geneva Convention “vague”, Bush apparently wants Congress to pass a law which defines the terms like “torture”, “mutilation” and “cruel treatment”. In the end, Toobin says The Supreme Court has the final say and TWICE in 3 yrs (including once with his dream court) have said he has gone too far.
