If he is, would the police be allowed to use water-boarding to interrogate 'suspects'? That is a very scary prospect.

President Beelzebubba is so incompetent he thinks he has to resort to medieval torture techniques in order to keep us safe.
Waterboarding get suspects to admit anything in less than a minute. Suffering through President Beelzebush will take years. And we will never give up.
