Bushie, pay attention - TORTURE DOESN'T WORK!
Edited on Sat Sep-16-06 12:29 AM by johnaries
Sure, torture someone long enough and they'll tell you anything you want to hear - and that's the key phrase: they'll tell you what you WANT to hear, whether it's true or not.

GW, check with your intelligence folks and find out how many man hours they've wasted tracking down red herrings based on info they've gotten from torture interrogations.

Remember the "connections" between Saddam and al Qaeda? And where did that false rumor start? From an al Qaeda prisoner tortured by Syria. Gee, that worked out well, didn't it?

No matter how you try to re-define it or spin it, torture just doesn't work. Sure, you get lots of information - all of it useless. Sort of like your entire administration.

edit: kan't spel rite.

2. on Newshour, Shields busted him.
The chimp said that the professionals wouldn't be able to proceed without making the changes that he wants. That is a flat-out lie. The "professionals" know that torture doesn't work and do NOT want to use it. And anyway, McCain said that they still will proceed with ordinary questioning--the program won't stop, as the chimp is warning. (terra-terra-be-very-afraid!)

The truth is he is trying to save his own hide--because if he can't make his war crimes legal retroactively (supposing that the repub Congress has finally stopped playing dead)--his is in some very, very serious trouble. And that's why he looked so frantic today! Karma's a bitch, as they say.

3. Bushie, pay attention - we're not buying it any longer!
May you sink to the depths of hell for what you have done to my country, GWB. May you get found out, and not wait til you're dead for history to catch up with you. Because you need to know how you screwed up my country.

4. Torture can work, but only in the field.
Our problem is that we import torture.

Stress on the field can yield timely information.

Inhuman tactics yielded at a later date only enforce whatever training the subject has had.

The field of fire is one thing.

But these bastards (bush admin) should spend the rest of their lives on a declined board with a wet towel over their faces.

6. Remember how he used to delight in signing the death row certificates?
When he was in Texas. It's his new way to get his jollies. He's a sick sadistic bastard and has to have some way to feed the sickness he has.

7. Of course it works. It's intended to establish the right of our
government to torture people. We're the enemy, and their intention is to scare us into keeping them in power. "Vote for us or we'll do bad things to you."

8. Whether it works or not isn't the point . . .
. . . the point is that these people are sadists. I imagine, and I don't have to imagine very hard, bush dick and rummy drooling over the pictures or watching torture on closed circuit TV. Probably wacking off to it all. These are disgusting people and we can't forget that.
