Bush Reminder Part One: Murder Hospitals
http://library.lawschool.cornell.edu/donovan/show.asp?id=481&query=

"In this interrogation, the witness describes the practice of killing persons of "inferior races," as well as political undesirables and persons suffering from chronic diseases and/or physical impairments, by large-dose morphine injections. The SD transported Jews, Gypsies, and other presumed enemies of the Reich to the Pathological Institute in Kiev expressly for the purpose of liquidation. The witness estimates that a total of 110,000 to 140,000 persons were killed in this manner during his nine-month tenure. Schueppe is unapologetic; indeed, he says, "I believe in this system. It is comparable to pruning a tree, thereby removing the old undesirable branches in order to produce the highest yield. In a nation this system must be carried out to prevent decadence" (penultimate page). At the same time, Schueppe admits that he left Kiev "Because my nerves were shot. It is obvious that this type of activity is not pleasant, especially in my case, since I saw it was my highest duty to practice surgery" (penultimate page). This document is a typewritten carbon copy of generally poor quality on slightly browning paper. The last two pages, made on a different typewriter, are of better legibility."

Please feel free to do Bush reminder threads from various war tribunals where someone "believed in the system"

1. Here is a compelling belief in the system.

This is from the Nazi Creed. "Democracy and majority rule are stupid. The masses are ignorant sheep that need leading by a brilliant statesman. This divinely appointed leader is Adolf Hitler, who will rule the world with a few chosen elite. The Third Reich, or new German empire, will last a thousand years. It will be a Nazi totalitarian state with total control of government and the lives of all citizens."

Here's a couple more

Propaganda, or a system to spread political ideas, must be used to gain support of the ignorant masses. Since the people are dull and forgetful, propaganda must be limited to only a few points and repeated over and over again in important slogans, It is not important that these ideas be true, for people are willing to believe anything. In fact, the bigger the lies, the better.

Force and fear are the only means to keep the masses under control. Reason and argument have no place in the Third Reich.

Give the people a single enemy to hate and to blame for all their troubles. Then they will not feel guilty and will aim all their frustrations in one direction.
