Matthews is by far the most repulsive of the talking heads on MSNBC. You can make a case for the presence of almost anyone else there, but he is jsut so bizarre in so many different ways - from his closet-case adoration of males' appearance (which * has as well) to his vacillation from moment to moment like a schizophrenic child in an amusement park, he is just the worst.

What he and Potato-head Russert should do is have a cream pie eating contest until one of the bursts a la Monsieur Creosote in the film Monty Python's The Meaning of Life.
