You can't have it both ways George. First you say that we are at war with a different kind of enemy, that it's not like the old wars with nation fighting nation. Then you say that there is no civil war in Iraq because they do not have organized militias fighting against each other. Which is it? If you can call us fighting nebulous terrorists a war, then you should also call it a civil war in Iraq where you have Iraqis fighting Iraqis for control of their country.
