Twilight Zone: w gets his way on torture laws. Then he gets to try it.
Only in the world of the supernatural, in a world where despots get their just rewards, bush could fight to loosen the Geneva convention laws on torture, win, and then be arrested and tried himself for war crimes.

Then he would refuse to give up certain state secrets that have vital national security importance and he must be interrogated by professionals with the tools to do their jobs. He would be subjected to waterboarding, sleep and food deprivations, no lawyers or visitors, etc., until he gave up the secret info.

Just having sick daydreams.
