Did Victim's Photo Prejudice a Jury? (liberal-leaning 9th Circuit,)
For years, the Supreme Court has cast a critical eye on the liberal-leaning 9th Circuit, particularly in cases involving crime and the death penalty. The justices will consider two of those cases soon after they return next month. <snip>

liberal - they use that word like it is evil - I hate when they do that

1. Stories like this make my blood boil
While we can have differing opinions on the death penalty, the judicial reasoning on this is clearly flakey and gives the repukes more fuel for thier "activist judges" chants.
