4. Is McCaskill playing up the "Voter ID" measure just struck down

by a MO judge? IIRC, Talent slimed his way in six years ago with a combination of sly vote suppression--closing the polls on long lines of mminority voters in KC--and a smiling media campaign that kept some minority voters from realizing the urgency of keeping Talent out.
