Pakistan was the model of compliance to the Bush assertion that you are either with Bush or you are with the terriss. A quick package of bribes and threats, I speculate, was good enough to get Pakistan's leader to submit to American hegemony. Pakistan was not bombed because they surrendered. Secret agents have spread across their land, quietly looking for terriss. They are using subtler methods on Pakistan than they did on Afghanistan and Iraq.
