The same guys who said that if we smoke pot, we will get killed, become addicted and start heroin use, go out to get some drive-thru and run over a girl on her bike, rape women and go on killing sprees. Now that they know that bullshit isn't working, they try and act like they never said the aforementioned bs and provide us with the 'straight dope'. Their crap didn't work then, and it's not working now. It's like they've run out of excuses for fighting the drug war and they've turned to focus group marketing to provide more motivation.
