Lou Dobbs just lost me with "Leftist Menace"

In the wake of Chavez's speech, Dobbs had an incredably shallow and slanted report on how Chavez may be a clown, but he is a symptom of the "Leftist Menace" sweeping Latin America. That's what the graphic said. "Leftist Menace."

Made me wanna barf.

Dobbs seems to have a brain like Chris Matthews. There are times when it is clear headed, but that is undermined by the half of the brain that is mashed potatoes.

Maybe if they would look at WHY Latin America has been turning "left" lately, they might qualify for the Clue Train.

And they also ought to think about what they mean when they refer to it as "leftist." Perhaps nations that have been exploited and plundered by Free Market Pirates and Globalization might have a reason to be resentful. And a desire for greater democracy and self-determination is not automatically a "leftist" conspiracy.

Maybe, Lou, they want the same things that you and I take for granted.

3. I'm not surprised by what Dobbs said about Hugo,

it's always been that way. We americans can say whatever we want about Bu$h, but we're not going to allow someone else to do it.

I wish Hugo hadn't done what he did at the UN, i might agree with him but i don't want american citizens coming to Bu$h's defense and that's whats happening.

8. I'm no big fan of Hugo Chavez, but I've been very consistent in my

criticism toward Dobbs.

He doesn't like Latinos in my opinion....whether or not they're good Latinos or bad Latinos.

He foams at the mouth like a rapid dog just about every night when he goes on and on and on about illegal immigration.

He talks as though the apocalypse in near, all because of the Mexicans who come to my state to pick strawberries, grapes and other produce in the hot sun.

I can't watch the man anymore.......but that's just me.

in the same vein as Pat Buchanan. Never expect progressive attitudes from him, he is not a progressive in the least.
It just so happens that sometimes his interests and those of progressives match. Like the war in Iraq.
