W with his arrogant policies gets laughs and sniggers. Says something about the difference between the intellect of democrats and republicans.

9. Most world leaders probably know he doesn't represent us at all
and that he stole two elections. It's not much of a secret except here.

11. It's ever increasingly obvious that the majority in the U.S.
haven't backed W. I see where W is going to be promoting Katherine Harris. Says it all.

13. If Bush had ever been popular, they wouldn't need to micromanage
payoff or coerce just about every media outlet in the country.

5. it was when the Republicans were impeaching him for sex
the international community viewed it as a joke to go after him over such a thing. he was/is very popular among the world.

it also showed how out of touch the republicans are with what is going on in the world and how many outside(and inside) the states view things. they actually kept saying Clinton made the US into a laughingstock because he had sex. they thought the world was laughing at us over what Clinton did when in reality it was over the ignorant republicans who went after him over that.

considering all the things going on in the world they viewed Clinton getting a bj as the top issue in the world.

8. Yes, the GOP D.C. were totally focused on Bill's sex life
They spent over $60 mil on it. The stupid right wing idiots. Especially ironic when at the same time Newt was hosing gals in the Senate well, Livingston ran away with his tail tucked behind his legs, etc.

One soon learns the GOP will prosecute and persecute if you're democratic, even if they've done the same. And they head for the jugular.

I always have the urge to throw something when I see Chimpy, but I'm afraid I'll break something. I don't want to have to spend money because of him. He's cost us enough!

A nerf ball is definitely the answer. :D

10. Yes, we are laughed at and hated
W is an idiot who has the power to dictate our military moves. He's made us the laughingstock of the world.

There was NO reason we should have invaded and occupied Iraq. Their death toll caused by us is obscene. At www.icasulaties.org

20. Clinton's coming to our town in Canada, in November
The tickets (for the biggest venue available, our new arena) sold out in the first week, and the local VIPs are already fluttering with anticipation!

I don't know if Bush will be able to fill that many seats now, let alone more than 5 years after he leaves office.

19. Kofi Annan's term as UNSG ends in Dec. Wonder whether Bill
Clinton is interested in the job?

IIRC, there is no UN charter rule against hiring a politician from one of the Security Council member states that has a veto. But there is a strong old informal taboo against doing so.

The foreign minister of South Korea is supposed to have the inside line to succeed Annan. But I wonder whether Bill Clinton might have been quietly lobbying third-world representatives for the job. After all, he's been in NY and has focused on world humanitarian issues. And wouldn't many of those who gave him the standing ovation jump at the chance to promote Bill Clinton to President of the World?
