How much actionable or reliable intelligence can one obtain? |

From a detainee that has been held incommunicado for 4 years.
You can conjecture that any adversary that did not immediately initiate a few strategic changes after a large number of its members were captured is pretty stupid and not long for viability.
Therefore, any information obtained from a 4 year imprisoned detainee would be of little value.
