How many totally insane world leaders ARE there now?
Let's see, numero uno is bush, then there's crazy chavez, and crazy mahmoud whatsisname of Iran, then there's the crazy ass Kim of N. Korea, crazy Fidel, and Osama, crazy whatchamacallit in Syria and crazy whoozits in Saudi Arabia.

Just two or three is enough to screw up the whole world as recent history has shown, but our very own totally insane leader is the most dangerous of them all hands down.

3. One thing is for certain, any future think-tank like PNAC
.. which actually gets to control the government, will know they need a much better statesman and charasmatic front man.

5. I disagree; Bush has been perfect.
Lowered the bar, divided the country. PNAC is all about chaos, abroad and at home.

11. Good points. Also since he's so weak, to criticize him or his
.. presidency is being 'mean' and he gets to play the victim.

Hmmmmm. Darn that Karl Rove is a GENIUS! Evil, uhoh, i mean, axis of evil type genius, but nonetheless.

Okay, I bow to your perspective! Well done!

12. Thank you -
when you have the time, google Michael Ledeen. He's a close personal friend of Rove's and PNAC extraordinaire. Scary, scary man. :hi:

6. I think it's Bush and Kim. The rest I don't think are actually "crazy."
In fact, I am sure they are not. Just shrewd.

8. I don't really think it's possible to...
...do what's necessary to rise to the top of the political heirarchy in a country and still be considered 'sane'. At the very least, one would have to be a control freak of a very high order. At worst, they'd be a borderline sociopath. The kind of person who is so consumed with the acquisition and exercise of personal power that he/she will make any personal or professional sacrifice, any compromise, risking it all on the slim chance of, one day, becoming top dog, has no claim on sanity.
