need ex of dems and repubs teaming up for defense contracts

Hi all,

anyone have details of recent (or even not so recent) examples of democrats and republicans teaming up to get a fat defense contract for their state?

I remember reading things like the two parties in a particular state worked together to get a contract for planes the military said it didn't need. But I need specifics and can't find any.
