E. coli Cases Lead To Raw Milk Recall

First is was spinach.

Now some raw milk is being recalled after three human cases of E. coli bacteria contamination were reported.

Three children tested positive for the bacteria after drinking unpasteurized milk, leading the state to recall raw milk sold by Organic Pastures of Fresno.

While no milk samples have tested positive for E. coli, experts said they have established a link.

3. Unfortunately there's some folks that think ANY processing ruins the food.

That means raw milk, raw honey, etc.

Hey, I try to go minimally processed myself, but there are some things that really are there for your safety. Pasteurization is one of them.
