Of course the man of this week is Hugo Chavez. Love him or hate him, he is one of us, so we have a thread started in the Latino forum that may shed some light on who he is. Also, there are threads on music, recipes and where to find reading in Spanish and about Latin America that you won’t find on Amazon.

C’mon over. The piping hot tamales and empanadas are fragrant with cilantro and cumin and the margaritas smooth and delicious.

It's so funny because, whether we are exactly aware of it or not, Hispanic culture is such a part of American culture. We've always been here and we always will be here. We're like the lining in a good suit.
