Clinton did not look well on Olbermann's show.
He's been giving other interviews...has anyone seen them? This is the first one I caught and I would have thought he'd feel very comfortable with Keith and yet in the first part his body language was in "defensive" mode when asked about Musharif and what Armitage might said about bombing Pakistan back to stone age.

He did not look well...he looked sad and tired...perked up a little towards the end. Anyone see a better interview?

28. Its good for his health
He has to watch himself carefully. Like many of us, his health is much more precarious than it was before.

Let him do what he wants to do. He's already made his feelings known on this topic. He wants to do all he can to ensure others don't die before their time.

2. He's missing his cheeseburgers. I'm serious. I've seen that before in
people who have had bypass surgery. They straighten up, live (and eat) right, lose weight, but it's as if some spark was removed from them along with the arterial plaque.

13. Approximately 2/3 ofpost-cardiac-surgery cases
go into a major depression after the surgery.

That accounts for the people you've seen. I dunno about Bill. I don't watch TV & have no data.

14. You don't watch TV? I don't either. Not because there isn't good stuff
to be found, thanks to cable; I just never get around to doing it these days.

3. I thought his left eye
was sagging a bit, like he had an allergy or something. What I did notice, however, when Keith brought up the accusations of being weak and et al when you disagreed with the administration and the comment on it was unacceptable to think - Bubba looked like he was really holding it in and ended up saying the most politically correct responses - like he agreed with Keith but, let's put it all into prospective. Hillary is going to run - I feel it in my bones just by the way Bubba was somewhat playing the nice guy.

9. Bubba has serious allergy problems that affect his eyes.
Sometimes you'd see the guy on television and just feel the itching and swelling in the eyes.

20. as a matter of fact, that's why they had to give Socks away
because of his allergies to cats.

24. Now that really sucks -
I'm a kitty person myself. Didn't they have a dog too? I feeling really hazy about my knowledge of the 90's...guess we really didn't have to zero in so much.

26. yes, they did have a dog
but just because you are allergic to one animal, that doesn't make you allergic to another.

I have four cats, an I am allergic to cats. But I work my ass off in creating an allergy free environment. I treat my cats regularly.

However, I have no problems with dogs.

It's all about the dander.

32. Correct about Socks. And the Bushes gave away 2 cats before ...
moving into the White House.

But, yes, Bubba was wildly allergic to Socks.

Didn't his secretary get Socks when Chelsea went to college or something?

29. He's always had that
Recall when he first moved into the WH, he talked of having such a hard time with his allergies. Fu**ing GOP news media always made up crap about him doing drugs.

Funny how they can't recognize a druggie when he's in their own WH.

who can get air time to give us some OOMPH as we head into the Mid-Terms.

Gore is great but he's busy and others can't get on the airwaves.

I just don't know if he's getting the airtime because of his relationship with Poppy, though. Still...it's good to have him out there.

5. I'm guessing he was tired from three days of non-stop schmoozing
He's been lewding that conference and giving interviews non-stop. Olbermann caught him at the tail end of that marathon.

If it'd have been me, I might have fallen asleep in the middle of it.

31. He's been on the trail for Dem candidates
nearly every day of the week for the last couple of months.

Of course the news media isn't covering it, but he's out there, drawing the crowds, raising money and making Dems feel good again.

8. It was a great interview
His answers were great, he might have looked a little tired but I did not think it detracted from the interview. He looked contemplative on the Musharraf question and answered it well.

Edited on Fri Sep-22-06 09:22 PM by Scoot420fla
honestly, I was just rolling one up myself and said 'damn if he dont looked as stoned as Im about to be...". I did notice, too, in the begining, his head was kinda down, alost like he was about to sleep...but it occured to me that, that is the difference between him and *. Bill LISTENS. He was concentrating on what Keith was asking instead of *'s approach of assuming what the question is and giving a pre-packaged answer.

25. he`s tired
everything positive this country has stood for in the world since ww2 is gone under the bush whitehouse..every dam thing is gone. he`s tired of watching his daughter`s future grow darker everyday. he is tired of watching the constitution of our country be torn.
when guys like him and me reach this age and have experienced "the pain" we tend to realize just how wonderful life is to get a second chance.he does it his way and i do it mine but one thing in common..we both never want to see life taken away for no reason. we are tired but we have to go on for our childrens future.
