2. The media doesn't even cover the fucking WAR
You expect them to cover the agency that is responsible for serving those of us who are suffering the CONSEQUENCES of said war?

Don't be SILLY--surely some baby has been kidnapped or cut out of some woman's womb; certainly a blonde somewhere must have been snatched; heavens, there MUST be a dramatic shooting or some tale of celebrity misbehavior to occupy a good four or five minutes of a twenty-two minute newscast...THESE are the bread and circuses that keep America sated and entertained...

It's pathetic and disgusting. And most unfortunate.

3. Where's the outrage about homeless IRAQ veterans!!
Where's the outrage over Katrina victims killing themselves?

Where's the outrage about all the thousands who die yearly in this, the richest country, just from lack of health care??

I ask, of both DEMS and RWers, where in the heck is the outrage???!!

4. Why should Americans care?
If you're not touched at all by the suffering why should it be important? Survior and Football dominate the Media right now to be replaced by the Distraction Du Jour...

6. In the GOP's back pocket
The media is one of the first things we need to address if ever given a chance. Without the media we can't do anything, well we do have the 'internets' now and getting more and more 'tubes' all the time I might add.
