How pitiful is it when you CAN'T Prosecute a War Criminal?

How disgusting is it that we have a president and congress who are complicit in war crimes and no one seems to care all that much? In fact, no one seems to think that bush and his masters will ever be prosecuted for what would get us all hung for treason after much torturing.

How pitiful is that?

Recently it has been found out that even more detainees were "ghost detainees". The fact that Rumsfeld has not been charged speaks volumes. If Congress wishes to garner any respect they should move forward with Impeachment Declaration of Rumsfeld.
