Bin Laden may feel lure to disprove his "death"

LONDON (Reuters) - A leaked intelligence report of Osama bin Laden's death
has met scepticism from Western and Muslim governments but may increase
a clamor from his followers to show himself on video for the first time
in nearly two years.

One theory surrounding the mysterious French leak is that it was designed
precisely to flush the al Qaeda leader into the open, prompting him
to release a new tape that might give a clue to his whereabouts and state
of health.

"Western intelligence, the Americans, the Saudis want bin Laden to appear,"
said Diaa Rashwan, an expert on Islamist groups at the al-Ahram Center
for Political and Strategic Studies in Cairo.

"Perhaps they're trying to agitate him to appear by video to try to fix
some information about his real (location)."

He will pull some demonic shit right before the elections this year if it looks as though Bush will lose his license to keep one party rule in place. They want him to have free reign to continue to destroy our treasury, military and credibility.

8. Well, that's the most interesting theory that's come along re this leak.

Since the source is the Saudis, and they are pretty much running our government, I figured it was meant to deprive the Democrats of an issue: Bush's disinterest in pursuing OBL. I don't doubt there are some fascist/Bushist elements in French intelligence (despite France's general anti-Bush policy)--they were the conduit. However, IF this is the motive (smoking OBL), it possibly has a subtler aspect to it that we can't see, and is akin, say, to how Manucher Ghorbanifar would do things --the one who likely cooked up the "crude" (easily detectable) Niger forgeries (which I believe were MEANT to be detected, in a plot to draw the CIA into a known anti-nukes-in-Iraq position, then trump them--and crush them--with a phony "find" of planted nukes in Iraq after the invasion). (i.e, they were "smoking" the CIA).

What would the subtler aspect of a phony OBL death story be? Didn't Musharraf say--just a week ago, or so--that OBL would be welcome in his country (or is welcome in his country) as long as he behaves? I'm sure I read that. And now, this week, he's over here cozying up with Bush. Very strange. He welcomes OBL. Then OBL reportedly dies. Did the Paks find him and give him typhoid? But they can't tell THAT to the Muslim world, now, can they? They'd be overthrown. So they have to sound kindly towards him (thus, the first newsbite), but in truth they've killed him (thus the Saudi/French leak), and they're cozying up to Bush just in case the Islamic peoples of the world find out what they've done (OBL is a hero to many).

The leaked OBL death story could be merely to get OBL to do a tape (not to find him)--a tape for the edification of American voters, who are inclined to throw this Bushite Congress out on its ear, and need to hear sweet nothings from OBL as the final Rove "talking point" for the post-(s)election news narrative about the Bushites' miraculous comeback victory in Congress: 1) gay rights, 2) brown immigrants, 3) the fun sound of US bombs crushing Islamic heads (Zarqawi, Beirut) (couple of Christian heads there, but what the hell?), and 4) terra-terra-terra (that devil Iran, and an OBL tape). (It's weird how not even the Democrats seem to notice or care that Bushite corporations are now "counting" all the votes with TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY programming code and virtually no audit/recount controls.)

HOWEVER, I'm sure the Bush Cartel can manufacture OBL tapes by the dozen, when needed. So I'm tending toward the subtlety plot. The Paks have killed OBL (or he died in their custody) but they can't admit it. The Bushites would just as soon OBL go away (post-(s)election talking point). They start with a leak. Now they're looking for "evidence." (And they'll probably "find" it--"natural causes.") The issue of OBL's capture fades for Bush (forevermore). The Paks are off the hook with the Islamic masses.

Whether OBL is dead or alive, and where he is (or where his corpse is), and what part he played (if any) in 9/11, we will probably never know. The global news machine has become a Byzantine lunatic asylum, where mad doctors spin wild delusions for their drugged patients. Something out of a science fiction movie. (Ever see "The Fifth Element" with Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich? Totally great flick about global corporate madness and the Good v. Evil meme.)
