1. I just watched the movie "Turtles Can Fly" last night.
The kids weren't collecting body parts, they were collecting American mines put down by Saddam near the Iraq/Turkish border in the few weeks leading up to the American Invasion. The movie was made in 2004 and is all from the viewpoint of children in the refugee camps. It is so, so sad. If you get a chance to see it, please do.
