1. A leader devoid of reason and morality. He must be surrounded by men of a like bent. A rabid almost sexual devotion to violence.

2. A population too busy to care or with similar characteristics to above. A population that believes that without violence, one must sacifice lifestyle and security.

3. All propaganda. Bomb profitteers as DJ's, morning personalities, and your best friends ladies and gentlemen.

4. A religious majority who are easily swayed into paranoia. Religion teaches fear, the religious eat fear.

5. Simplistic dogma. Three liners. A renaissance for the stupid.

6. An ineffectual opposition.
