Sandy Rios is one of the biggest idiots ever to appear on Maher's panel
I'm watching the Friday re-run right now...holy shnikees, who is this woman? And could she be any more clueless? EVERY line she's spouted has been literally laughed at, or met with catcalls. I've seen some hard-core kool-aid drinkers on Maher's show before, but she wins, hands down...or hands held straight out at her sides for hours on end while her nipples are electrocuted!

6. "A True Believer"
I actually met this woman when she worked in Chicago. She's Bambi's Bambi in the headlights when it comes to reality, but she sure is one hell of an articulate kool-aid drinker.

She works for Ed Ansligner's Salem Radio conglomerate...a world unto its own...funded by Dobson and dollar-a-hollar preachers and host to Betamillion Bennett, Imorral Ingraham, Ollie North and other right wing scum. Her game is to be sweetness and light while spewing the talking points.

The scary thing is this lady believes what she says...but has no clue what she's saying. She lives in a world of talking points and parables and verses and simple answers to the most complex problems. She puts faith ahead of fact as faith is easier and facts require critical thinking that require asking questions...and a good xtian woman never asks questions...she knows her role and knows her place.

Anyone who questions her, of course, must be a heretic...someone with evil (since the world has only black/white...good/evil) and evil must be ridiculed. It was on full display...and the scary thing is how many people feel comfortable feeling and living that way.

9. I'd probably confuse her, then.
I love the confusion on evangelicals' faces when I tell them I'm a born-again Christian and a liberal at the same time. ;) Makes for interesting conversations, though . . .

She was quite sure of herself wasn't she? Too bad she was dead wrong on everything.

8. Wow she was stoopid!
Wife and myself missed the Friday show and to tell ya the truth I was about to give up on it after the christopher hitchens debacle where Maher would not shut that drunken asswipe up. But I turned on the saturday rerun and jeezus effing christ it was the funniest thing I ever saw. Maher even found it necessary to tell her "let's cut out the bullshit right now". She could not admit that she came off as condescending.
