Last night the republicans were scrambling burning the midnight oil, loading up the sludge truck with Hail Mary legislation. They intend to ram it through the doors of both chambers Monday morning as soon as those doors open and dump it immediately on your calendars.
It will be the dirtiest, most contrived, deceitful, no-holds barred desperate force use of despicable majority power possibly ever seen in the US Congress. They have been told for six months they are about to have their private Disneyland come to an end. Felony charges and mean muscular prison cell mates are visible now in their rear view mirror. They will stop at nothing to keep their fingernails still clinging to the edge of that cliff. Absolutely NOTHING !!!
They know that with control of Congress, we’re going to turn them from enablers to inmates. They know we will Ken Star that motherfucker in the White House to death. The one they've been protecting for the last five years. And expose every war crime, high crime and misdemeanor he has ever dared to perpetrate against our cherished Bill of Rights.
They know we'll give him a government all expense paid trip to the Hague, convict him, strap him to an electric chair, tape his eyelids open and make him watch videos of Iraqis getting their heads drilled with quarter inch bits until he's covered with his own puke. Others we’ll just distribute to American prisons.
They know this week they must attempt to intimidate you, insult you, embarrass you with distorted whole cloth manufactured pre-packaged and ready to serve horse shit. Bill names will have titles just the opposite of what they really are. The 2006 Family Security Act will be the Bush Gestapo is authorized to kick down your door anytime they want act. The Preservation Of International Values Against Torture Act will be, Bush will decide whatever fucking torture he wants act. The Fence For Security of America Act will actually be, we need to bleed every dollar we can squeeze out of our stupid base act.
They will dump 200 page reams of legislation on your benches fifteen minutes before you are supposed to vote. They will put one Democratic supported initiative inside of a manure load of other bush expectorate and ridicule that you are voting against your own proposals. They will threaten you with obstructing the will of the people if you don't cooperate.
Don't fall for it!! Don't bend. Don't capitulate. Don't compromise. Don’t negotiate. Do not refer to any republican as my good friend on the other side of the aisle. Nobody on the other side of that aisle is your friend. They're looking out for two things, the corporate money that keeps them in power and whatever they have to do to keep their job. They’d screw over their own grandmothers.
The leak of the National Intelligence Estimate has just opened a cavernous door to their conspiracy the size of the Grand Canyon. They know it and there is no low they won't find too despicable to attempt to derail the impending consequences. They’re as desperate as a bear in a trap that would chew its own leg off.
Today and all this week, let those halls of Congress shake from wall to wall. Take not one step back!! Tell them, torture of detainees or prisoners is NOT negotiable. Not under any president. It never has been and it never will be. Not as long as any Democrat is still alive !!!
Do not cave on FISA. Not one inch. The right to of freedom from invasion of privacy of Americans without probable cause and warrant is not malleable in the constitution. It’s a 200 year indelible guaranteed and incontrovertible right!!
And a Mexican version of the Berlin wall is not the answer to illegal immigration. Competent leadership and diplomacy is. And spending the Treasury money for implementing the 9-11 commissions recommendations to secure our homeland and being in the right fucking COUNTRY to suppress terrorism, is the answer to terrorism.
The fence is nothing but a last minute 90 yard pass being thrown by the REPUBLICANS to their bible kissing, anti Mexican contingent base of creeps so they can claim they delivered something to them on immigration reform in hopes to make them so orgasmic they have to go out and polish the gun racks on their trucks.
Monday is D-day in the wells of your chambers. It is going to be nasty. And it is going to require Mt. Everest size steroids. It is not a choice, it is your duty!!

Raise your voices, filibuster, make CNN interrupt their regular programming with breaking news of your refusal to capitulate. Rule 21 those bastards, shut down the Senate and House chambers if you have to, turn off the lights and walk the fuck out of there. Show them the humiliation. Show them this is the United States of America, not the Republican States of America. A United States that does not condone torture. A United States with a Declaration of Independence, a Bill of Rights, and a Constitution.
A nation which sets the standard, not desecrates the standard. A nation that has always been the shining beacon of hope, not the symbol for hate. And a nation that will never know the shame to violate, defile or dishonor International treaties.
