Even Fox has been covering bad voting machines.
I've seen a few reports about the problems with voting machines -- naming Diebold -- on Faux News recently.

That's good news, methinks.

Naturally, they don't have quite the same perspective as those here who are concerned about the possibility of the GOP stealing elections. BUT, they have been fairly honest about the problems with voting machines, including the ability for someone to hack into them. They have even quoted experts who advocate either going back to paper ballots, or having paper back-ups for counting and verification.

If Faux is covering it, that means it's getting into the mainstream and has become too big to ignore.

4. Yeah, they'll say Dems won because they hacked the machines.
I wonder if we'll see any results showing that 200% of the registered Dems voted in a county. I'm sure we'll see that 200% of Repubs have.

9. Exactly!
Just setting their audience up for the people voting in a Democrat when we have President Bush SURGING in popularity, according to the liberal media.

13. If it helps us get rid of those infernal vote stealing ATMs, even better.
The GOP had them designed for one reason and one reason only, IMHO. To bring election theft into the 21st century. The sooner we get rid of em, the sooner we can get back to honest, verifiable, re-countable elections.

14. My first thoughts too
it's what they do...

trumped up and inane attacks on Clinton

then when legitimate attacks on Bush happen...claim people are just getting back at them for CLinton

so it's "politics" instead of what it actually is...Bush is a criminal

Now they jump on the election fraud / voter fraud issue...though they will never admit what happened in 2000

cause when Democrats win...there's something wrong...it can't be people are tired of Bush and republican crimes

just laying the groundwork for future attacks

3. This worries me, what MCM said may be coming true
That if the Dems win, the Repukes and their MSM whores will go into extreme Orwellian mode and accuse the Democrats of electoral fraud

8. fine. we'll just round them up and put them in those clever
little "focus" camps that Halliburton was building in Arizona for the illegal immigrant round-up that didn't happen, for their own safety of course.

All their pigeons need to come home to roost now. And while we're at it, let's just do a massive recess appointment of every single judge on the vacancy list. And let's make marriage laws uniform and guaranteed in the constitution - it is NOT a state's right, any more than people's lives are "owned" by the state they happen to live in.

12. Because it creates apathy and FOX likes that? Seriously - ask yourself:
Edited on Mon Sep-25-06 11:51 AM by applegrove
why would FOX be all over scary voting machines..if they didn't think it would help the GOP. It will scare off not a few dems (35% don't vote anyway..Dems need part of the 35% to come out and vote). Look for Fox to be highlighting voting machines stealing your vote...so it really doesn't matter if you show up to vote cause your vote will not count anyways

An award for fox:
