(1) He's "not for torture" or "waterboarding," but he doesn't want to "stop these interrogations."

(2) He's not "absolutely certain" what the "interrogators" are doing, but he's "completely fine" with it.

And, (3) the "fine" things being done by these interrogators should "not be harmed."
