We have to endure Buchanan (and I'm betting that Jon with dismantle him with a few quick jabs) but then we have the president of Pakistan and Al Franken on Tuesday and Wednesday. As Ol' Tweety would say enviously, "What a get." You know Tweety is old news when a comedy show can get the president of a country while Tweety has to make do with recycled repug talking airheads.

Hope this isn't a dupe - I did check but didn't find a thread.

8. McGreevey (puke)...sorry, but he is my least favorite gay person

Saw his interview on Oprah and he came across as such an overt politician who, IMHO, is the worst face for gay rights. Seems like a slimeball politician and opportunist who has used people all his life and is now using the gay community as a shield for his bad behaviors. He also made sure to mention faith and religion about a billion times in the Oprah interview...ok, not a billion, but he seemed like such a phony.

Don't like him...just my opinion.

9. A Democratic politician who resigned amid scandal...

...doesn't help the Democratic Party by going on TV before the election.

McGreevey knows that, but also knows that people are more interested in buying a political book before an election, and so he's putting his financial interests above the party and the country.
