6. You had to have seen the report to understand this. No Child
Left behind crap gives recruiters open access to schools, no questions asked. If the recruiter is a child molester, he gets a free pass to candyland.

5. Think about civilian assault stats--for each reported, how many were not?
Sexual assault stats are typically the most underreported crime. I wonder if they're being prosecuted for statuatory rape or just "conduct unbecoming".
