"State your name". g.w. bush. "Do you solemnly swear to tell the truth,--
...the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God"?

g.w. bush, "I do".

That's it, that's all it would take. All someone has to do is draw up the papers, subpoenas, indictments, warrants, whatever. This is a criminal case, one for the courts, but the highest court in the land, because these are high crimes.

Its so simple it almost makes you weep why no one has done it to date. Just start the investigations, draw up the charges, grand jury, however that shit works, now is the time to proceed to make the man and his masters answer questions under the mighty magical oath.

Because as recent history has proved, no man is above the law, not even the president, and being caught telling just one lie is enough to be impeached, or more realistically in bush's case, arrested. Impeachment of a president can occur even after his tenure is over.

"Mr. bush, did you plan the invasion of Iraq even before nine eleven"? "Mr. bush, did you not receive a grave warning that Osama was about to attack New York City using jetliners flown into buildings and fail to relay that warning to anyone"?

I can think of thousands of incriminating questions, and damning ones too, but all we need is one. One lie. Just one.

And which lie shall it be that bush answers under oath and is punished for perjury over?

1. The problem seems to be finding the people with gut to do it
Of course he would continue to lie, never admitting the truth regardless of the mounting evidence against him. They would take him to his cell mumbling the lies.

4. I'd love to see him on the stand under oath...
being cross-examined by a real prosecutor. The man can't even get through the softball questions at what passes for a press conference these days! Could you imagine how badly he'd fall apart if he was getting grilled by someone experienced in questioning criminals? He'd probably try to play the emperor card first -
"I'm the Decider. How dare you ask me questions!"
"Your Honor, instruct the witness to answer the question."
"Answer the question, Mr. *Bush."
"WAAAA!"
Then he'd collapse into a sniveling heap.

5. Proof there's no God
Bush swore on the Bible to defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

Not the other way around - swearing on the Constitution to defend the Bible ...

And God didn't strike him dead right then and there ...

Oh, and the Babel fish ...
