As everyone here says, Republicans are jealous of President Clinton
Check out this video clip of Tony Snow when he worked for Fox News talking about the skit Darrell Hammond of SNL did at one of those Correspondent's Dinners (very funny).

Clinton's charisma is a true thing. "If you'd take your clothes off and let me see you naked...there would be no more racism>"

After the clip, Tony Snow was reading lips and said Clinton told the woman "shall we try that" and the woman says "I don't think so". Snow says it as if the woman was creeped out by it but if she did say it, she probably didn't want anyone to see her naked let alone Clinton.
