Bush insults the American people and calls them "naive"
Edited on Tue Sep-26-06 03:06 PM by kerry-is-my-prez
People who don't believe that going to war in Iraq are now "naive." Since the majority of Americans think it was a "mistake" I guess now 60% of the American people are naive.

"Some people have, you know, guessed what's in the report and have concluded that going into Iraq was a mistake. I strongly disagree. I think it's naive. I think it's a mistake for people to believe that going on the offense against people that want to do harm to the American people makes us less safe."

Bush: Assertion About Iraq Is 'Naive'

President Bush on Tuesday said it is naive and a mistake to think that the war with Iraq has worsened terrorism, as a key portion of a national intelligence assessment by his own administration suggests. He said he was declassifying part of the report.

We all know who's naive - and it isn't the people who have woken up and realized that BushCo is full of shit.

Wow he just said "Good, decent patriotic people believe it. But they're wrong." THAT'S a first. Someone must have told them to lay off the "anybody who disagrees with us is unpatriotic" meme.

19. You would think that after a while they would simply become too fatigued
...to continue lying. Constantly lying. You'd think they would tell the truth once in a while just to get some rest.

I know I would've by now.

3. I wonder if he knows what the word means?
For a man who doesn't know the difference between a comma and an asterisk, and who cannot formulate a coherent sentence I rather doubt it.

7. I hope Bush makes history and actually gets tried for war crimes.
Pipedream, but if there is any justice in the world, Bush will stand trial for his crimes against his fellow Americans. Fuck impeachment, I want to see his ass stand trial!

Naive eh? I DARE Bush or Cheney or any of those other fuckers to debate me! I PROMISE you we would find out who the nave is and it wouldn't be me.

18. Naive is going on vacation after getting threats from Al Qaeda.
I guess since Al Qaeda didn't attack in July, like they were supposed to, Bush thought, 'I guess we don't have to worry about those guys anymore.' as his entire administration went on vacation during the month of August. This is what I call 'Naive', and that's the nicest name for it.
