Conyers:Keith Olbermann on "A Textbook Definition of Cowardice"

Let's enjoy a thoughtful television journalist, an editorialist on TV who really tells it like it is. Keith Olbermann of MSNBC is a real treasure, one who does not shirk from asserting the truth with strength and conviction. How sad it is that these qualities are so hard to find in today's television news.

Olbermann had a long monologue on his show yesterday that deserves repeating here. It is over ten minutes long, but well worth watching.

I quoted Olbermann on the House floor during the Republicans' sham 9/11 resolution. He has emerged as one of the most thoughtful and articulate political commenters and I find Countdown one of the shows that shouldn't be missed.
