Did anyone notice that this bill has the mark of beast, often mistaken as 666, but really 616? It is completely out of order, because the order is only at the 3900s. I wonder if they named it this way on purpose?

The worst part is, they keep changing the number & title of the bill so no one can figure out which is the "official" version anymore. Shades of the Patriot Act.
