to amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize trial by military commission for violations of the law of war, and for other purposes

The Clerk was authorized to correct section numbers, punctuation, and cross references, and to make other necessary technical and conforming corrections in the engrossment of H.R. 6166.

This is bookmarked in my international law folder.

Being a Democrat does not pardon anyone. There were 34 of them who voted Aye. I don't give two bits what becomes of them.

An act of Congress that legalizes war crimes is a war crime in itself.

For the record, my Congressman voted No.
