October Surprise is not possible...

Too many of us expecting it. It ain't a suprise if it's expected. And it seems that many more Americans are waking up to the Repug gamebook, as recent polls suggest, esp. the one that showed a large number of people connecting lower gas prices with political maneuvering...

So, it would be an October Distraction, not a surprise... I know, it's just semantics, but golly gosh people, will we really be surprised by anything these bastards do?

Let's just home there is some huge celebrity news that totally takes over the media when Rove does roll out his little Distraction. Wouldn't that be a blast, to have Britney coming out as lesbian or something equally shocking to those who follow that kind of crap trump Rove's false report of a pending terror attack against L.A.!!!

Or maybe there will be a volcanic eruption...

6. I believe the October surprise is

LOWER GAS PRICES! They started out having the desired effect. That (IMO) is the reason for the so-called "Bush bounce" earlier in the month.
But the pukes are being called on so many things and it is so hard to sell torture and illegal wiretapping and being asleep at the switch on 9/11.
I am just hoping they don't give up and start raising the prices back up.
