Yesterday a group of peaceful protesters lined the streets of Granville, Ohio, an event planned to coincide with a visit from Laura Bush and her fund-raising cronies. It really was amazing to see Peace activists, AIDs activists and * supporters lining the streets of this quiet village. Admittedly, Granville is a place where one can be sheltered from the world if you so choose, but yesterday a small but mighty number of us took time to show the world what was on our minds. There was a great spirit on the street, almost an old time feeling from the days when you could speak your mind and not end up in jail kind of atmosphere. The village officials and police officers were so amazing to work with. The local paper took some great pictures and I am happy to share them here with my DU friends. You are my link to sanity in a crazy, crazy world. Peace, Kim
