...they'll be able to simply round up anyone who dissents loudly enough to make a difference and lock them away until some future administration grants an "amnesty" for "unlawful combatants." They will be able to pick you up for no reason. A simple declaration that you are an "unlawful combatant" is all it will take to disappear you, shades of Argentina.
