I have been following the story from the beginning, and at first they "knew it was a European(probably English) that had done this" (former story...sorry no link)
Then "we got the guy...he's local" (again no link)
now "oops"
Thank god he had a good lawyer....

He spent 6 days at Rock Road for being innocent...a sign of things to come?

If the cops/DAs need to arrest someone many of them aren't too concerned about whether or not they have the right person.
