make him a prime candidate for at least the VP position on the national ticket, then this party recognizes neither a fine mind nor integrity when it stares them in the face. Rather, we become pale shadows of the GOP genuflecting to legacy candidates who chose to sell us out rather than behaving in our nation's interest by protecting the Constitution. Obama has my support.

He is suddenly everywhere.

He is the type of guy who could excite youth in America like no on since Kennedy. He is going to need a tunning mate with serious gravitas and a washington insider. My choice of the moment is Lee Hamilton.

But the thought of seeing Gore, Kerry, HRC, Richardson, Biden, Feingold, Clark, et al and Obama inIowa in January makes for a great show.

5. When Obama came for a rally in Louisville, he told the crowd

that he was in charge of promoting candidates in the midwest. This probably explains why he is everywhere.

serving the Democratic Party. Many of those people are not given the respect and support they deserve by "beltway" Democrats. Why should this be different for Obama? Why should the party honor his work more than the rest? :shrug:

Not only has he NOT earned his position of prominence, he's done little to take advantage of it and further traditional Democratic values. If that's the best the Dems can do- we're pretty well sunk.
