Don't try to pull a flip flop on me you Democratic 'leaders' who sided with bush on the torture bill, I'll remember your names and I can carry a grudge for quite some time.

In a year or two, I don't want to hear how you were tricked into voting for bush's torture bill, or how you see it differently now, or you were wrong and you re-considered or some such bullshit, once you've agreed that torture is hunky dorey for America, you can't take it back.

A donkey never forgets.

2. I'm with you, take notes and vote these gutless bastards out in their next
PRIMARY. I'm going to donate to all of their challengers. I'm beyond disgusted - especially with Harry Reid. What's up with him?

16. Thanks for emphasizing PRIMARY
I'll wait and see what the Senate does before sharpening the knife for Harry. In any case, we have to get the repukes out first, them clean house on our side.

3. Does anyone have a list of who voted yes of the Dems?
I would like to know if any of my congresspeople did.

And I don't care if it means a dem majority or not, I hope Harold Ford loses as well as all the others who voted for this.

6. Thanks...
Ugh. A NJ Congressperson voted for it. I don't think that's my area and don't know who that is but if I see his name on the ballot in November I sure as hell am not voting for him.

5. Torture is gonna stick
I can't believe so many politicians are gonna
run off the cliff together on this Torture thing.
Don't they realize that they will forever be known
as Tortore advocates - not to mention the
War Crime implications ??????????????

10. Right On.
Those who voted for a war that was supported by evidence brought by torture now votes for tactics that give bad intelligence can go screw themselves with a broom.

Sideways.

14. Just covering their asses...
isn't that what they do 24/7? Isn't that why they passed this bill so THEY wouldn't get tried in a court of law?!

Right now, it's not looking good for this country, we're hanging on by a thread. But if we can turn things around...payback will be a bitch!

The "I'm in a tough district" excuse ain't good enough either. You either have principles or you don't. These 34 showed their colors. Let's watch what the Senate does and take names.

17. Its gonna be the IWR debacle all over again
Those who voted for are going to spend the next few years trying to distance themselves from it, and that shit is not going to be washed away
