NC Senators (Dole & Burr) are "UNDECIDED" on torture bill - Call them!

They are taking calls from North Carolinians.

I called both of them. Please do so if you are in NC. (I will cross-post this as well in the NC forum.)

I told their staffers that being pro-torture is un-Christian and that Christians will rise up and oppose any pro-torture candidate.

I also told them that I couldn't believe that I was having to call to ask my senators to vote against torture. I still can't.

4. That's not true of all churches

Mine opposed the war in Iraq before it even began. They are not going to support torture and will do something about it.

Got right through. I was informed that the habus corpus amendment was dropped. Anyone hear this?

I asked, "Is she (dole) going to do what is right, what is Christian or is she just going to march lockstep with what * wants?"

I know that it's pretty much useless and it's distasteful.

Dole makes me sick. She really does.

Pro-torture Dole. Pro-torture Burr. I hate that we are saddled with these two. Of course, my representative is Robin Hayes who still believes that Iraq is a great place to be and that Iraq and bin Laden teamed up on 9/11. :eyes:
