I have a serious gripe with about 90 million people in this country. I'd just as soon see them dead. DU won't keep my post, but I'm getting beyond the point of caring.

My country breathed its last breath today. I miss her already.

But I'll go as far as to say they should be charged with treason, convicted, stripped of their citizenship and deported to an uninhabited island somewhere, where they can implement the Lord of the Flies society they so urgently crave, without having to do end runs around the nation's founding principles, its Constitution and any shred of respect for the concept of a free and democratic society.

And - my biggest fear - enought Dems got turned off and alienated by this latest appeasement disaster not to bother voting in 6 weeks. I'm really wavering myself now, and it makes me heartsick.

there are good democrats, around 34 of them in the senate for starters. the others dont matter. 35 or 45 same difference still no opposition to the fascists.

the election is rigged, the democrats have had 6 years with it being obvious in every election and have done nothing about it.

we have many friends of like mind, the rest of them are failures of humanity.
