A voice like a dial tone.
That's how Garrison Keillor described Bush's voice in an essay he wrote. Everytime I hear Bush talk, I remember that comment. He's empty, blank, soulless, and has a voice like a dial tone.

1. God he's good.
Sometimes is so difficult to rise above the stench that these people create, and realize there are great people among us.

I have this problem. Good is painless, and it's easy to experience. Bad is painful and it is difficult to forget. And difficult to get past. And it reverberates much more than good.

I will try and keep focused on how there are good among us. Maybe even the majority of us.
