Please help me reply to this email blaming Clinton for 9/11

"I just want a few short setences, Im on someone's mailing list and this got sent out to me.
I would like to reply to all on this persons mailing list.

I would like serious replys.

This is what got sent out.


It was 1987! At a lecture the other day they were playing an old news video of Lt.Col . Oliver North testifying at the Iran-Contra hearings during the Reagan Administration.

There was Ollie in front of God and country getting the third degree, but what he said was stunning!
He was being drilled by a senator; "Did you not recently spend close to $60,000 for a home security system?"Ollie replied, "Yes, I did, Sir."

The senator continued, trying to get a laugh out of the audience, "Isn't that just a little excessive?"

"No, sir," continued Ollie.
"No? And why not?" the senator asked.
"Because the lives of my family and I were threatened, sir."
"Threatened? By whom?" the senator questioned.
"By a terrorist, sir" Ollie answered.
"Terrorist? What terrorist could possibly scare you that much?"
"His name is Osama bin Laden, sir" Ollie replied.
At this point the senator tried to repeat the name, but couldn't pronounce it, which most people back then probably couldn't. A couple of people laughed at the attempt. Then the senator continued. Why are you so afraid of this man?" the senator asked.
"Because, sir, he is the most evil person alive that I know of", Ollie answered.


"And what do you recommend we do about him?" asked the senator

"Well, sir, if it was up to me, I would recommend that an assassin team be formed to eliminate him and his men from the face of the earth."
The senator disagreed with this approach, and that was all that was shown of the clip.

By the way, that senator was Al Gore!

Terrorist pilot Mohammad Atta blew up a bus in Israel in 1986. The Israelis captured, tried and imprisoned him. As part of the Oslo agreement with the Palestinians in 1993, Israel had to agree to release so-called "political prisoners."

However, the Israelis would not release any with blood on their hands, The American President at the time, Bill Clinton, and his Secretary of State, Warren Christopher, "insisted" that all prisoners be released.

Thus Mohammad Atta was freed and eventually thanked the US by flying an airplane into Tower One of the World Trade Center . This was reported by many of the American TV networks at the time that the terrorists were first identified.

It was censored in the US from all later reports.

Both are old lies that have been travelling through the sewers of wingnut email lists for years. North didn't name bin Laden, it was a different terrorist. And I'm pretty sure there was an Atta that blew up a bus, but it was a different Atta.

...but as I read this stuff, I'm wondering if it's even true. This sounds
like unsubstantiated rumor.

I've never heard about either of these instances, until now. Maybe I missed something.

However, it looks like a low-level group of "Swiftboatters" is hoping to misinform via
disinformation.

Before you reply, I would do research on these stories--and find out if there are any
facts in this email. There might not be.

Why were they protecting terrorists and their financial networks for so long and working AGAINST Sen. John Kerry's investigation which finally forced the NUMBER ONE TERRORIST BANK to shut down?

BCCI was also the bank of choice for Bush2 for hIS financial dealings, one of which was his Harken deal selling his shares to Salem Bin Laden, who Kerry's investigation eventually put under arrest. And Usama Bin Laden lost millions of dollars when the bank closed.

This is a reallly interesting read about Atta.

"On 12 April 1986, Mahmoud Mahmoud Atta (also known as Mahmoud Abad Ahmad), a 33-year-old Jordanian native, ambushed a passenger bus in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. Atta (working with an accomplice) stopped the bus with a firebomb, then opened fire on it with an Uzi, killing the driver and seriously wounding three passengers.

Atta was arrested in Venezuela a year later, but because Venezuela had no extradition treaty with Israel, Venezuelan officials deported him for immigration violations to his country of origin, the United States. (Atta was a naturalized U.S. citizen.) Atta was arrested by FBI agents upon arrival at Kennedy International Airport and held in prison in the U.S. for more than three years before being extradited to Israel for trial in October 1990. His extradition was controversial because the nature of the extradition treaty in effect required that the accused's offense must be of a "non-political nature," and Atta maintained that he had committed political rather than criminal offenses.
