I think, what some people here on DU don't understand is that law abiding citizens agree - they cannot get away with this. But herein lay in wait is the trap. Bush and Cheney don't follow no laws, they did away (who know how since they DON'T have the power, but I watched it happen) with the Geneva Conventions Article 3 applying to them and all crimes RETROACTIVELY.

They can't, they won't...oh yes they will. Criminals do what criminals do and if you expect a fair fight or a bright outcome from a fair fight, then expect to be disappointed everytime.
