Simply put any principle worth FIGHTING for is worth dying for. If not your support of that principle is half-hearted at best and just covering for your own conscience at worst.

Note that fighting does not necessarily mean violence to me.

Ghandi fought like hell without physically hurting anyone as did M.L.K.
