Hewlett Packard's Spying vs. George Bush's Spying
So, can someone please explain to me why it is ok for George Bush to spy on Americans without a warrant, but it's not ok for Hewlett Packard to spy on people from their company, and the media?

Why is it that at the same time the House of Representaives was writing Bush's illegal program into law, Congress called Hewlett Packard on the Hill to explain what they did.

1. C'mon. Are We Really Going To Compare These?
I'm against the warrantless wiretapping program as much as anyone. But to compare the HP scenario to a program designed to help thwart terrorism, no matter how illegal and misguided, is pretty silly to me.
