because you are all too busy working on campaigns to take back the House and the Senate. I'm serious. We can pound these issues to death and it moves nothing. We have to take back Congress or die trying.

If there's no campaign worth working on in your district, contribute or get a carload together and go somewhere else for the weekend. Everyone needs help.

In Wisconsin, we need help dumping Sensenbrenner. We have a wonderful, progressive, intelligent candidate in Bryan Kennedy. He is within striking distance of Sensenbrenner - 9 points or less. If you can come to the south central Wisconsin - Milwaukee area any weekend up to the election, we can put you to work.

Please don't despair. We have to be the change, and the time is now.

1. I won't be around here much because
1. I don't have a of time already (hence my low post count)
2. I will be canvassing in my spare time
3. Why come to DU when half the threads are trying to discourage me from voting for Democrats?

3. Absolutely
My candidate for congress, Andrew Hurst, is running against the powerful Committee Chairman Tom Davis who heads the Government Reform Committee. Believe me, there will never be "govnerment reform" as long as old Tom is in charge, so we have to get him out. I'll be stumping tomorrow on foot and Wednesday on the phone as I always do for Andy and for Jim Webb.

But I post here when I'm bored at work, or late at night so that doesn't count :)
